The working process
1. Start the hydraulic pump and pump hydraulic oil into the hydraulic system to form a certain hydraulic pressure. Hydraulic oil is sucked into the hydraulic pump from the hydraulic oil tank, compressed and pushed to the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor under the pressure of the pump body.
2. The hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor is affected by the pressure of hydraulic oil and produces linear or rotational motion. The linear motion of the hydraulic cylinder can be used to push, pull, and lift objects, and the rotational motion of the hydraulic motor can be used to drive the rotational motion of the equipment.
3. The control system accurately controls and regulates the hydraulic system. Through the control system, the working pressure, flow and direction of the hydraulic system can be adjusted to achieve flexible control of the working status of the cone crusher hydraulic station.
4. The hydraulic oil completes energy conversion in the hydraulic system and returns to the hydraulic tank again.
