LS-II Screw Conveyor is an upgraded version of LS Screw Conveyor, designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T679-95 "Screw Conveyor" standard.
LS-II Screw Conveyor incorporates and digests advanced foreign technology, making significant improvements to the structure of the intermediate hanger bearing and the material of the bearings. It uses chilled cast iron as the main material for the hanger bearing, which has excellent wear resistance and generally does not require lubrication. It can withstand a maximum working temperature of 260°C, making it particularly suitable for conveying abrasive materials such as cement, coal powder, hydrated lime, and slag.
LS-II Screw Conveyor features a novel and rational structure, advanced technical indicators, good sealing performance, strong adaptability, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible inlet and outlet arrangements. It is widely used in the building materials, power, chemical, metallurgy, and coal industries. It is suitable for horizontal or angles less than 20° for conveying powdered and small block materials. However, it is not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to spoilage, have high viscosity, or tend to agglomerate.
LS-II Screw Conveyor comes in ten specifications ranging from 100mm to 1000mm in diameter and lengths from 4m to 70m, with increments of 0.5m.
LS-II Screw Conveyor has two drive modes:
C1 Method: Single-end drive for screw conveyors less than 35m.
C2 Method: Dual-end drive for screw conveyors greater than 35m.
Application areas: Building materials, power, chemical, metallurgy, and coal industries.
Applicable materials: Conveying powdered and small block materials.
