The medium-sized plate feeder is designed and manufactured according to JB225-86 "Medium-sized Plate Feeder." It is suitable for continuous conveying of bulk materials from storage bins to crushers, conveyors, or other working machinery or containers on horizontal or inclined lines. The material bulk density should not exceed 2400 kg/m³, the block weight should not exceed 500 kg, the temperature should be ≤400°C, and the inclination angle should be ≤25°.
This product is widely used in mining, quarrying, metallurgy, and cement industries. It is an essential equipment in raw material handling or continuous production processes, particularly suitable for transporting large, high-temperature, and sharp-edged materials, and can reliably operate in harsh environments such as open-air and humid conditions.

1. The driving device adopts a vertical shaft and a hardened surface cylindrical gear reducer with electrical protection, featuring uniform speed regulation and automatic overload protection.
2. Large feeders utilize a torque-limiting hydraulic coupling, which provides mechanical overload protection.
3. The sleeve roller conveyor chain is designed and manufactured according to ISO 1977/I-1976. The roller surface undergoes carburizing and quenching, resulting in excellent wear resistance.
4. The sprockets are made of cast steel and alloy cast steel, with hardened tooth surfaces for superior wear resistance and long service life.
5. The entire machine is supported by rolling bearings, offering good sealing, lubrication performance, low operating resistance, and ease of maintenance.
6. The lightweight and rigid frame structure of the feeder has a small footprint, making it easy to adjust, assemble, disassemble, and transport.
7. The entire machine is equipped with fully enclosed protective covers, facilitating dust removal and environmental protection.
8. For inclined installations, the feeder adopts an automatic reversing mechanism for reverse operation.
Feeder structure types:
P-Type: The longitudinal profile of the carrying plate is flat, suitable for conveying block materials along the horizontal or with an inclination angle ≤15°.
L-Type: The longitudinal profile of the carrying plate is wavy, suitable for conveying block or granular materials along the horizontal or with an inclination angle ≤25°.
H-Type: The longitudinal profile of the carrying plate is arched, suitable for conveying wet and sticky materials along the horizontal or with an inclination angle ≤25°.
