TD type belt bucket elevator

The TD type bucket elevator is a conveyor that uses a rubber conveyor belt as the traction component. It is suitable for conveying loose, non-abrasive, or semi-abrasive materials with a bulk density of ρ < 1.5t/m³, such as coal, sand, crushed ore, clay, etc., with a maximum material temperature of 60°C. This elevator has two types of buckets: deep round-bottom buckets and shallow round-bottom buckets.

The deep round-bottom buckets are suitable for conveying dry, loose, and easily discharged materials such as cement, dry sand, crushed stone, coal chunks, etc.

The shallow round-bottom buckets are suitable for conveying wet, prone-to-caking, and difficult-to-discharge materials such as wet sand, molding sand, etc.

The D-type bucket elevator has four specifications: D160, D250, D350, D450.

The TD type bucket elevator is designed according to the international standard ISO 5050-81. This series of bucket elevators have the advantages of complete specifications, high conveying capacity, high lifting height, smooth operation, and long service life.

This machine is suitable for conveying materials with a bulk density not exceeding 1.5t/m³, such as coal, cement, fertilizer, sand, grain, etc.

The machine is equipped with two types of buckets:

ZD type (medium-depth bucket) is generally suitable for conveying wet, prone-to-caking materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizer, alkali powder, etc.

SD type (deep bucket) is generally suitable for conveying dry, loose, easily discharged materials, such as cement, clinker, crushed stone, coal chunks, etc.

Application areas: coal, sand, crushed ore, clay.

Applicable materials: non-abrasive or semi-abrasive materials in powder, granular, or small chunk form with a bulk density of ρ < 1.5t/m³.

1. Large conveying capacity: Compared to the D-type bucket width, the TD-type bucket width increases the conveying capacity by almost twice.

2. The transmission device is equipped with ZLY type reducer. This series of reducers are newly developed, hardened gear reducers produced according to the standard ZBJ19004-88. The gears and shafts are made of high-strength alloy steel and refined through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and tooth grinding.

3. The traction component adopts a steel wire rope core rubber belt, which has high tensile strength and a long service life.

4. The machine is equipped with a backstop to prevent damage to the equipment due to unexpected reasons.

5. The machine's housing is designed with a double-channel, high-strength, and fully sealed structure to effectively prevent dust pollution and comply with current environmental requirements.

Note: The bucket capacity in the table refers to the volume for holding water. When calculating the conveying capacity based on this bucket capacity, it assumes 100% filling. When selecting, please refer to the material characteristics in the table and determine the material coefficient ψ to calculate the conveying capacity.
