NE Series Plate Chain Bucket Elevator is a new type of high-efficiency and large-capacity bucket elevator developed by our company by absorbing foreign plate chain technology. It is widely used in the building materials, chemical, mining, thermal power, metallurgy, and other conveying industries, especially suitable for the conveying of bulk materials and materials with high abrasiveness in cement production enterprises.
Product Features:
High conveying capacity:
It adopts large-capacity buckets and smaller bucket spacing, resulting in low driving power and a maximum conveying capacity of up to 800 m³/h. The feeding method is gravity-induced discharge.
Wide lifting range:
This type of bucket elevator can not only handle powdery, granular, and block materials but also handle materials with high abrasiveness. The material temperature should be ≤250℃.
Aesthetic appearance and environmental-friendly design:
The casing is manufactured using folded edge reinforcement, fully welded, with good sealing performance, high overall rigidity, and minimal environmental pollution.
Drive unit and operating components:
The operating components consist of buckets and sleeve roller chains. NE30 adopts single-row chains, while NE50 and above adopt double-row chains. The drive unit consists of a motor, gearbox, and chain transmission, with the gearbox being of the hardened tooth surface type (ZLY or ZSY). The drive platform can be designed with maintenance frames and railings according to user needs.
